Most people think of Nashville as the home to country music, country music stars, and tangy BBQ; however, after HomeSnacks’ list of the top ten best Nashville neighborhoods for 2024 gets out, it will also be known as the home to some of the most rockin’ neighborhoods.

Now, just because Music City’s best neighborhoods house people like Reba Mcentire and Keith Urban doesn’t mean these places are out of reach if you make less than $100,000/year. It’s actually quite the opposite. And since we can’t base Nashville’s great neighborhoods on country artists and country songs, we created a formula to measure things that most people find important when looking to move to a new area: safety, affordability, amenities, and jobs.

If you’ve always pictured yourself in a Craftsman with a white picket fence and top notch schools down the street, Sylvan Park is super safe and family friendly. If a townhouse with plenty of room to entertain and a wine bar down the street is more your style, the Hillsboro West End neighborhood likes to stay up late. And if you’re looking for a Tudor-style home that costs less than $400,000, Hillwood Estates has plenty.

But, if you’re looking for your big break, grab a plate of hot chicken, crank some Chris Stapleton, and read on because we’re about to tell you the number one best neighborhood in Nashville.
