I live in Wymore and own a business in Beatrice.

Housing is always cheaper in smaller towns. Development is another factor of housing costs. We are 15 minutes away from both Beatrice and Marysville.. of course big business isn't going to set up shop here.

Population density levels being a negative is an opinion NOT a fact. Most people move here to get away from a big city, I know I did.

We moved here 5 years ago from Houston, Texas.
