Welcome to the land of the 1%. Where you’ll find lawyers, and doctors, and business executives. And while they probably aren’t made of ticky tacky, they are definitely made of money.

These are the wealthiest neighborhoods that Boston has to offer. Where houses go for over 3.45x the national median and household incomes are 1.62x the national median.

But where exactly in Boston do the richest of the rich people live? That would be West Roxbury where the median income is a cool $130,959.

Here’s a look at the top 10 richest neighborhoods in Boston out of 16 for 2019:

  1. West Roxbury (Homes)
  2. Back Bay-Beacon Hill (Homes)
  3. Charlestown (Homes)
  4. Central (Homes)
  5. South Boston (Homes)
  6. Jamaica Plain (Homes)
  7. Roslindale (Homes)
